Footsteps is an independently owned running store in Northern Virginia. We are staffed by experienced runners who specialize in servicing the individual shoe needs of each and every customer. Runners come in all shapes, sizes and ability levels and so do running shoes. We pride ourselves in being able to properly match the runner to the best shoe. We are part of the local running community and help support it. We don't just sell running shoes - - we sell running!

Distance Training Class Starting January 7, 2012, distance training will return to Footsteps of Reston.  Chip Hulbert will be leading the training for the Rock 'n' Roll half and full marathons in Washington, as well as, the Shamrock half and full marathons in Virginia Beach.  Even if you are not planning to run one of these races, it is a great way to start the year.  The group will meet at Footsteps located in the South Lakes Shopping Center on South Lakes Drive in Reston every Saturday morning at 8 am.  You will be given a training schedule and a great group of people to run with on the trails of Reston. The cost is $130 per person for the season.
